■Matsumoto Machine's "Tatetogi TTA-60C" is a dedicated machine for grinding tungsten electrode rods used in TIG welding in a "vertical grain."
■A compact grinder that achieves both improved TIG welding quality and cost reduction for electrode rods and grinding wheels.

1. "Vertical Grinding" for Stable Arc
Instead of "horizontal polishing" often done by hand (with a disc grinder, etc.), "vertical polishing" along the flow of the welding arc can be easily performed by anyone, improving welding quality.

2. Economical (Consumables Last Longer)
Grinding is possible even if the electrode rod becomes short (down to a minimum of 20mm). Since the grinding position can be slid, the entire surface of the diamond grinding wheel can be used without waste.

3. Safe and Clean
Since grinding is performed inside the cover, tungsten dust does not scatter (it is collected in the lower tray), ensuring safety and keeping the work area clean.

●Grinding direction is vertical.
●Precise grinding is possible at grinding angles of 15°/ 30°/ 45°/ 60°/ 75°/ 90°.
●The electrode can be firmly gripped with the equipped collet lock plate.
●The collet holder support is slide-type, allowing the entire surface of the diamond disk to be used.
●Grinding of electrode rods with a minimum length of 20mm is possible. *Minimum grinding angle is 45°.
●By changing the collet, φ1.6/φ2.4/φ3.2 can be ground.
●Dust generated during grinding can be collected in the lower tray.
*Standard Accessories: Collets include one standard collet each for φ1.6 and φ2.4.
*Sold Separately: By using a long collet (optional), grinding down to a minimum of 15mm is possible.
