Step 1
Roll and compress with clean hands
Hold the earplugs with your thumb and index finger as shown in the picture.
Roll the entire tapered end of the earplug and gradually compress it.
Roll it into a small, wrinkle-free cylinder.

Step 2
Insert the plug to ensure a secure fit
Extend your hands above your head and gently pull your ears upward and outward as shown in the figure.

Insert firmly into the ear canal
Hold the earplug in for 30-60 seconds until it expands
Release and press again
Press for 5 seconds to ensure a snug fit

Step 3
When properly installed, the bottom of the plug
Located at the opening of the ear canal

Step 4
If part of the earplug does not fit properly in the ear canal
The effect is reduced

Step 5
Now we're going to do a fit check on the user.
Wear earplugs in noisy environments
Place the cups over your ears with both hands and release
If the earplugs are fitted correctly
You shouldn't notice a big difference in the sound decay.
This is good
On the other hand, if you don't have a good fit
Move to a quiet location and repeat this fitting procedure.

Step 6
Removing earplugs
Gently remove the earplugs
Use a gentle twisting motion to gradually release the seal
If you remove it suddenly, it may damage your eardrum.
