Please read the following before making your purchase and kindly place your order.

  • Currently, we are using Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport for our delivery services.
  • Please note that we generally do not accept requests for specific shipping companies.
  • Depending on the area, the store will determine the delivery company, so please confirm your order after agreeing to this.
  • We will handle it with Yamato Transport's Nekoposu service.
  • Please note that this service does not require a signature upon delivery and will be placed in your mailbox.
  • Large size deliveries are currently handled by Seino Transportation and Sagawa Express.
  • For products marked with [Shipping to be confirmed] before the product name,
    they will be either long items, heavy items, or direct shipments from the manufacturer.
    The shipping cost will vary depending on the "order quantity," "order weight," or "destination."
  • We will inform you of the shipping cost based on the package size (length x width x height) and weight.
  • After you place your order,
    we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will inform you of the shipping cost later, so please understand.
    If you accept the shipping cost, please kindly contact us via email.
  • Please clearly indicate whether the delivery name is for a company or an individual.
  • After your order, we will send you an email regarding payment instructions from our store.
  • Once the payment status is confirmed, we will begin the shipping process.
  • If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled by our store.
  • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that the transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
  • We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to customer circumstances.
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances, such as ordering mistakes (incorrect product or specifications), cannot be accepted. If the product you received is different from what you ordered or if there is a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will responsibly exchange it.
  • If you do not receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, and the product is returned after the shipping company's storage period has expired, we will dispose of the product. In that case, we will charge the full amount of the product. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making your purchase.

  • Products containing lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped by air, and delivery to regions such as Hokkaido and Okinawa may take longer due to ground transportation. Thank you for your understanding.

Please read the following before making your purchase and kindly place your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. Please understand that there are some products that are not available for international shipping. If product images do not display (when an illustration of a bag appears), it means that the product is excluded from sales in the target country. If you add such an item to your cart, you will be redirected back to the top page with an error message, so please understand.

When shipping from Japan to overseas, the ordered products may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, although this may not always be the case. You will receive direct communication regarding this payment from customs or from the shipping companies we contract with, which are DHL or FedEx. Please understand that we entrust the handling of these expenses to the contracted shipping companies. Additionally, you will need to make these payments directly to the courier service we have contracted with upon arrival in your location. Lastly, unfortunately, the exact amount of these expenses cannot be determined until the products pass through the customs of each country. We recommend that you inquire with your local customs or government website for advice regarding these expenses before placing your order, as we are unable to provide answers on this matter.

Please contact us within 30 days after the product arrives. Products will only be accepted in their original condition. Unopened and unused products can be returned. The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Additionally, some products may be marked as free shipping, but please be aware that the selling price may include air freight, fuel surcharges, demand surcharges, and other costs.

We will respond with a full refund. The return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.

If the customer is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, etc., and the storage period of the shipping company has expired or the product has been returned, we may ask you to bear all expenses such as air transportation costs. Please be aware of this in advance before making a purchase.
