- Currently, our courier services are provided by Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport.
- Please note that we do not generally accept requests to specify a shipping company.
- The store will decide on the delivery company depending on the area, so please confirm your order after agreeing to the company.
- We will use Yamato Transport's Nekoposu service.
- Please note that this service will be delivered to your mailbox without the need for a signature.
- Currently, large size deliveries are handled by Seino Transportation and Sagawa Express.
- Regarding products with "Contact us after shipping" written before the product name

- If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, we will automatically cancel your order.
- We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to customer convenience.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as ordering the wrong product (wrong product or specifications). If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered or is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it responsibly.
- If the customer does not receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal to receive, incorrect address, etc., and the product is returned after the delivery company's storage period has expired, the product will be disposed of. In that case, we will charge the full price of the product. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Please read the following before placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. Please note that some items are not eligible for international shipping. If the product image is not displayed (when the bag illustration is displayed), it means that the product is not available for sale in the target country. If you add it to your cart, you will be returned to the top page and an error message will appear.
When shipping from Japan to other countries, your order may or may not be subject to duties and taxes when it arrives at the destination country. You will be contacted directly by customs or our contracted shipping companies, DHL or FedEx, regarding these payments. Please understand that we leave it up to these contracted shipping companies to handle these costs before you proceed with the transaction. Please also note that these costs must be paid directly to our contracted courier company at the destination. Finally, unfortunately, we do not know how much these costs will be until the item has passed through the customs of each country. We recommend that you contact your local customs or government website to get advice on these costs before placing your order. We are unable to answer any questions.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We only accept items in their original condition. Unopened, unused items can be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that while some items are marked as free shipping, the sales price may include air freight, fuel surcharge, demand surcharge, and other charges.
We will refund the full amount. Return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
If you are unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal to receive, incorrect address, etc., and the delivery company's storage period has expired or the product has been returned, you may be asked to cover all expenses, including air freight charges. Please note this before purchasing.
