  • Currently, we are offering delivery services through Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport.
  • Please note that we generally do not accept requests for specific shipping companies.
  • The delivery company will be determined by the store based on the area, so please confirm your order after agreeing to this.
  • We will handle it with Yamato Transport's Nekoposu service.
  • Please note that this service does not require a signature upon delivery and will be placed in your mailbox.
  • Large size delivery is currently handled by Seino Transportation and Sagawa Express.
  • For products marked with [Shipping to be confirmed] before the product name,
    it will be either long items, heavy items, or direct shipments from the manufacturer.
    The shipping cost will vary depending on the "order quantity," "order weight," or "destination."
  • We will inform you of the shipping cost based on the package size (length x width x height) and weight.
  • After you place your order,
    we apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand that we will inform you of the shipping cost later.
    If you agree to the shipping cost, please kindly contact us via email.
  • Please clearly indicate whether the delivery name is for a company or an individual.
  • After your order, we will send you an email regarding payment instructions from our store.
  • Once the payment status is confirmed, the shipping process will begin.
  • If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, our store will automatically cancel your order.
  • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the transfer fees.
  • We do not accept exchanges or refunds for customer convenience.
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, such as ordering mistakes (incorrect products or specifications), cannot be accepted. If the product you received is different from what you ordered or if there are any defects, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will responsibly exchange it.
  • If you do not receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, and the product is returned after the shipping company's storage period has expired, we will dispose of the product. In that case, we will charge the full amount of the product. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making your purchase.

  • Even if you specify a time or delivery date, please understand that there may be circumstances that prevent delivery within the specified time.
  • Products containing lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped by air, and delivery to regions such as Hokkaido and Okinawa may take longer due to ground transportation, so please be aware of this.

Shipping Options

Express Worldwide (DHL Express / FedEx)
Our fastest international shipping option. Delivery to major destinations in Europe and North America typically takes 3–4 business days.

Japan Post ePacket Light (items under 1 kg)
An economical option for lightweight packages. Includes tracking, with delivery made directly to the recipient's mailbox. Estimated delivery time: 5–21 days.

Japan Post Sea Freight / Funabin (10 kg – 30 kg)
An affordable option for heavier shipments. Estimated delivery time: approximately 1–3 months. Please note that sea freight may not be available for all destinations. We will confirm availability after your order is placed and contact you if any issues arise.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All shipments — regardless of shipping method — are made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. Customs duties cannot be prepaid.

U.S. Customers: We do not collect sales tax for any U.S. state.

European & Australian Customers: Please be aware that VAT and GST are classified as import-related duties and taxes. These charges are assessed by national customs authorities at the time of importation and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Consumers residing in EU member states have the following rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
1. Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods (in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day of receipt of the last item).
2. Withdrawal Method

Please clearly communicate your intention to withdraw to us using one of the following methods within the withdrawal period.

Submit the withdrawal form via the "Withdraw from contract" button on our website (recommended)
Send an email to [contact email address]
Mail to MISAKA CO. (〒[postal code] Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture [address])

In the withdrawal notice (optional format), please specify your name, address, order number, order date, and product name. If you use the withdrawal button, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt via a durable medium (email).
3. Effects of Withdrawal

Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, we will refund all amounts paid by you (including standard shipping costs; however, additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest option provided by us will be excluded) using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction within 14 days. No fees related to the refund will be charged to you.
However, we may withhold the refund until we confirm the return of the goods or you provide proof of return.
4. Obligation to Return Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the return address specified by us within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice.
The return shipping costs will be borne by you (including international shipping and any customs duties and taxes related to the return).
5. Diminished Value of Goods

If the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you will be responsible for the amount of that diminished value.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Directive.

Products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly customized for the individual customer
Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being opened (if opened)
Products that have been mixed with other items in such a way that they cannot be separated after delivery
All products delivered in a sealed state, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

SUSPENDING DUTY-FREE DE MINIMIS TREATMENT FOR ALL COUNTRIES, Executive Orders | July 30, 2025.

Starting October, 2025, all shipments to the United States are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, customs duties and other related fees are included in the product price. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free receiving process.

Our store can accommodate both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping methods. Please note that the total amount of customs duties and other fees is generally the same whether paid in advance or upon delivery. If you wish to prepay customs fees for shipments, if not in the United States, please contact us.

Corporate customers or those who have a DHL account number and wish to import a certain volume of goods, as well as customers who prefer FOB import arrangements through a freight forwarder, are welcome to contact us. We will be happy to provide a quotation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. Please understand that there are some products that are not eligible for international shipping. If product images do not display (when a bag illustration appears), it means that the product is excluded from sale in the target country, and if you add it to your cart, an error message will appear when you return to the homepage, so please understand.

Please contact us within 30 days after the product arrives. Products will only be accepted in their original condition. Unopened and unused products can be returned. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Additionally, some products may be marked as free shipping, but please be aware that the selling price may include air freight, fuel surcharges, demand surcharges, and other costs.

We will respond with a full refund. The return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.

If the customer is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal of receipt, incorrect address, etc., and the storage period of the delivery company has expired or the product has been returned, we may ask you to bear all expenses such as air transportation costs. Please be aware of this in advance before making a purchase.
