Refund Policy

A 30-day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items, such as perishables (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty items, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise has been shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without providing a valid reason. Similar to the above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.


Refund

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
