■Matsumoto Machinery's "Tategogi TTA-60C" is a dedicated machine for grinding tungsten electrode rods used in TIG welding in a "vertical" manner.
■A compact grinder that balances improved TIG welding quality with reduced costs for electrode rods and grinding wheels.

1. Stable arc with "vertical grinding"
Instead of the common "horizontal grinding" done manually (with disc grinders, etc.), "vertical grinding" aligned with the flow of the welding arc can be easily performed by anyone, enhancing welding quality.

2. Economical (longer use of consumables)
Even if the electrode rod becomes shorter (up to a minimum of 20mm), it can still be ground. The grinding position can be slid, allowing for the full use of the diamond grinding wheel without waste.

3. Safe and clean
Grinding is done within a cover, preventing the dispersion of tungsten dust (collected in the lower tray), ensuring safety and keeping the work area clean.

Compatible diameters: φ1.6, φ2.4 (standard) / φ3.2 (optional)
Grinding angle: 15° to 90° (fixed in 15-degree increments)
Power supply: AC100V (can be used with a standard outlet)

●Grinding direction is vertical.
●Grinding angles of 15°/ 30°/ 45°/ 60°/ 75°/ 90° can be accurately ground.
●Equipped with a collet lock plate to securely hold the electrode.
●The collet holder support is sliding, allowing for the use of the entire diamond disc.
●Grinding of electrode rods as short as 20mm is possible. *Minimum grinding angle is 45°.
●Collet exchange allows for grinding of φ1.6 / φ2.4 / φ3.2.
●Dust generated during grinding can be collected in the lower tray.
*Standard accessories: One each of standard collets φ1.6 and φ2.4 are included.
*Optional parts: Using a long collet (optional) allows for grinding as short as 15mm.
