■「木」のような刃当たりと、「ゴム」の強さを両立
合成ゴムに木粉を練り込むことで、木製まな板のような優しい刃当たりを実現。適度な弾力が包丁の衝撃を吸収し、刃こぼれを防いで鋭い切れ味を長持ちさせます。長時間の調理でも手への負担が少なく、毎日のお料理が快適になります。

■傷に強く、雑菌をよせつけない
ゴム特有の復元力により、深い包丁傷がつきにくいのが特徴です。傷の奥に汚れが入り込むのを防ぎ、雑菌の繁殖を抑制。木製よりも強度が高く、長く清潔にお使いいただけます。

■水切れ抜群で、お手入れ簡単
吸水性が低いため、洗った後の水切れが非常に良く、カビや黒ずみの発生を抑えます。魚やニンニクなどの強い臭いや、食材の色移りもしにくく、サッと洗うだけでリセット可能。次々と食材を切る際もスムーズです。

■衛生的に保てる仕様
熱湯消毒（90℃以下）やキッチン用漂白剤の使用も可能です。肉や魚を切った後も徹底的に除菌ができ、衛生面が気になる方にも安心してお使いいただけます。また、Mサイズは家庭用食洗器もご利用いただけます。

■研磨で蘇る使い心地
長年の使用で表面の汚れや傷が気になってきた場合は、付属のサンドペーパーで表面を研磨することで、新品のような美しさと使い心地が蘇ります。

【お手入れ・お取り扱いについて】
■ご使用の前に
使用前はよく食器用洗剤で洗ってください。また、まな板の表面を水で濡らし、布巾などで余分な水分を拭き取ってからご使用ください。水の膜ができることで、食材の汚れや臭いがつきにくくなります。

■日頃のお手入れ
使用後は、食器用洗剤を付けたスポンジで表・裏・側面を丁寧に洗い、水気をよく拭き取って乾燥させてください。※油分やアクの強い食材を切った後は、時間を置かずに洗うことをおすすめします。

■定期的なメンテナンス
落ちにくい汚れや傷跡には、クレンザーや台所用漂白剤が有効です。 また、表面のザラつきや黒ずみが気になった際は、水をかけながら付属のサンドペーパー）で擦って研磨してください。

【注意事項】
反り防止のために： 片面のみを使い続けると反りの原因となります。両面を交互にバランスよくお使いいただくことで、より長く平らな状態を保てます。

耐熱温度について： 耐熱温度は約90℃ですが、加熱した鍋などを直接置くことは避けてください。また、火のそばに置かないようご注意ください。
