■マツモト機械の「タントギ TA-60XW」は、タングステン電極棒の「研磨（先端角）」と「切断（定寸）」がこれ1台でできる、2in1の複合機です。

■「タテトギ（TTA-60C）」との最大の違いは、「切断機能」がついている点です。

1. 1台2役（研磨＋切断）
先端を尖らせるだけでなく、電極棒を指定の長さに切断できます。自動溶接機やロボット溶接など、電極の長さ管理がシビアな現場で特に重宝されます。

2. 高品質な切断
ペンチで切ると電極に「割れ（クラック）」が入りやすいですが、これはダイヤモンドホイールで切断するため、断面がきれいでアークが安定します。

3. 経済的・安全
タテトギ同様、密閉式で粉塵が飛び散らず、短い電極も再利用しやすくなります。

本体内蔵のゲージを利用して、最短20mm長までムダなく研磨できます。極小型トーチにも最適です。

●冷却効果バツグンで長寿命！
独自の冷却方式を採用し、研磨部の熱拡散に成功。焼けを生じにくく研磨先端が欠ける心配がありません。

●正確な研磨角度で芯ズレなし！
15°、30°、45°、60°、75°、90°、105°、120°の研磨角度が選択でき、正確に再現できます。さらに電極の曲がりによる芯ズレの影響がほとんどなく、プラズマトーチにも使用できます。

●作業性・安全性重視の親切設計！
研磨ディスクの交換は工具なしで簡単に行なえます。また、透明保護カバーにより研磨状況が安全に確認できます。

*φ3.2mm以上のタングステンを研磨する場合は、あらかじめグラインダ等で荒砥ぎすると、ディスクの摩耗が少なく、研磨時間が短縮されます。
*タングステン自身に大きな曲がりがあると芯ズレを起こす場合があります。
*研磨可能本数は、テーブル面への押付け圧力を強くすると少なくなります。
