■ Combines the gentle touch of "wood" with the strength of "rubber"
By kneading wood powder into synthetic rubber, it achieves a gentle touch similar to that of a wooden cutting board. The appropriate elasticity absorbs the impact of the knife, preventing chipping and maintaining sharpness for a long time. It reduces strain on your hands even during long cooking sessions, making daily cooking comfortable.

■ Strong against scratches and prevents bacteria from settling
Thanks to the unique resilience of rubber, it is characterized by being resistant to deep knife marks. It prevents dirt from penetrating deep into scratches and suppresses bacterial growth. It is stronger than wood, allowing for long-term cleanliness.

■ Excellent drainage and easy maintenance
Due to its low water absorption, it drains very well after washing, preventing the growth of mold and dark spots. Strong odors from fish and garlic, as well as color transfer from ingredients, are also less likely to occur, and it can be easily reset with a quick wash. [Care and Handling Instructions]
■ Before Use
Please wash thoroughly with dish soap before use. Also, wet the surface of the cutting board with water and wipe off any excess moisture with a cloth before use. This creates a water film that makes it difficult for food stains and odors to adhere.

■ Daily Maintenance
After use, carefully wash the front, back, and sides with a sponge containing dish soap, and thoroughly wipe off moisture to dry.* After cutting ingredients with strong oils or odors, it is recommended to wash them without delay.

■ Regular Maintenance
For stubborn stains and scratches, cleaners or kitchen bleach are effective. Additionally, if you notice roughness or darkening on the surface, please rub it with the included sandpaper while applying water for polishing.

【Notes】
To prevent warping: Continuing to use only one side can cause warping. By using both sides alternately and in balance, you can maintain a flatter condition for a longer time.

Regarding heat resistance: The heat resistance is approximately 90°C, but please avoid placing heated pots directly on it. Also, be careful not to place it near fire.
