Although it was a disassembled set, it was properly packaged.

This was my first time purchasing a disassembled set, but it arrived well-packaged in a cardboard box. I confirmed the operation with the grass cutterハイコーキ(Hikoki_ex-HitachiKoki) and also verified the Bluetooth connection with my smartphone. Durability and other aspects will be assessed in the future.

Confirmed

Finally got the 36V Multi-Tool.With Starlock Max compatibility, the removal mechanism is completed with a pinless lever. The size may feel large at first, but it is easier to handle with this level of power.

Thank you for your review! We are very pleased to hear that you chose the HiKOKI CV36DMA(NN) and that it met your needs for a 36V multi-tool. The specifications are excellent, and the combination of Starlock Max and the pinless lever has made it even easier to use. We are also very happy to hear that the power was just right for your needs. Thank you very much for choosing HiKOKI.

Thank you.
I appreciate the prompt shipping, and there were no issues with the product or packaging. Additionally, thank you for including a bonus...! This time, due to my oversight, the address was not accurate, and I apologize for the trouble caused, but I am grateful for your sincere response during that time.
Regarding the product, I believe the sound insulation is excellent and can be used widely during tool use or while sleeping. Personally, I felt that the sound insulation is higher than that of the Pura-Fit. However, it seems to be slightly firmer than the Pura-Fit. For those with smaller ear canals, the Pura-Fit may be a better option.

Thank you for your product review regarding the earplugs. It seems that the product was delivered without any issues via Nekoposu, which is great.
