■Matsumoto Machinery's "Tantogi TA-60XW" is a 2-in-1 multifunctional machine that can perform both "grinding (tip angle)" and "cutting (fixed length)" of tungsten electrode rods with just this one unit.

■The biggest difference from the "Tatetogi (TTA-60C)" is that it includes a "cutting function".

1. Dual function (grinding + cutting)
Not only can it sharpen the tip, but it can also cut the electrode rod to a specified length. It is especially useful in environments where length management of electrodes is critical, such as with automatic welding machines and robotic welding.

2. High-quality cutting
When cut with pliers, electrodes are prone to "cracks", but this machine uses a diamond wheel for cutting, resulting in a clean cross-section and stable arcs.

3. Economical and safe
Like the Tatetogi, it is sealed to prevent dust from scattering, making it easier to reuse short electrodes.

■Features
●Economical table slide mechanism!
The table slides, allowing for the use of most surfaces of the diamond disc, making it very economical. Additionally, it is easy to use, allowing for effortless grinding with one hand.

●Can grind down to a minimum of 20mm!
Utilizing the built-in gauge, it can grind down to a minimum length of 20mm without waste. It is also ideal for ultra-small torches.

●Excellent cooling effect for long life!
Adopting a unique cooling method, it successfully dissipates heat from the grinding area. It is less likely to cause burning, and there is no concern about chipping the grinding tip.

●Accurate grinding angles with no core misalignment!
You can select grinding angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, and 120°, and reproduce them accurately. Furthermore, there is almost no influence from core misalignment due to bending of the electrode, making it usable for plasma torches.

●User-friendly design focused on workability and safety!
Changing the grinding disc can be done easily without tools.Additionally, the transparent protective cover allows for safe monitoring of the polishing condition.

*When polishing tungsten with a diameter of 3.2mm or more, pre-grinding with a grinder or similar tool will reduce disk wear and shorten polishing time.
*If the tungsten itself has a significant bend, it may cause misalignment.
*The number of pieces that can be polished decreases if the pressure applied to the table surface is increased.
