Is a ladder for the truck bed mandatory?

During loading and unloading operations, equipment such as ladders is required for safe ascent and descent to the truck bed. Until now, the installation of such equipment was mandatory for trucks (freight vehicles) over 5 tons, but starting from October 1, 2023, the requirement has been expanded to include trucks over 2 tons.
