Is a ladder for the truck bed mandatory?

During loading and unloading operations, it is necessary to have equipment such as ladders for safe access to and from the truck bed. Until now, the installation of such equipment was mandatory for trucks (freight vehicles) over 5 tons, but starting from October 1, 2023, the requirement has been expanded to include trucks over 2 tons.
