For international shipping, the EXPRESS WORLDWIDE option is fulfilled via DHL Express or FedEx. This is our fastest shipping method, with delivery to major destinations in Europe and North America typically within 3 to 4 business days.
We also offer affordable shipping for heavier items weighing 10 kg to 30 kg via Japan Post surface mail (sea freight). For lightweight items under 1 kg, we offer an even more budget-friendly option via Japan Post mail service.

⚠️ For international shipments via Japan Post, any customs duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in the destination country. Please be aware of this in advance. If customs duties are included at the time of your order, we will cancel the order once and send you a revised invoice by email with the customs duties removed, after which re-payment will be required. Thank you for your understanding.

After your order is placed, we will manually remove the customs duties and import taxes from your total. A corrected invoice will then be sent to you by email for re-payment. Please read and understand this process before placing your order.
