• 商品名の前に [送料後連絡] と記載の商品に関して
  長尺商品・重量商品・メーカー直送商品
  のいずれかになります。
  「ご注文数量」または「ご注文重量」または「送り先地」により、
  送料が都度異なってきます。
• 梱包サイズ（たてｘよこｘたかさ）と重量より送料をご連絡させて頂きます

• 長期不在・受け取り拒否・住所間違いなどにより、お客様が商品をお受け取りされず、運送会社の保管期限を過ぎ・商品が返却された場合は、商品を処分致します。その際は、商品代金の全額を請求させて頂きます。ご了承の上ご購入対応頂きますよう宜しくお願い致します。

Distinct from U.S. Sales Tax—which is an internal state-level levy—VAT and GST on cross-border shipments are assessed by national customs at the time of importation. Accordingly, these taxes are processed under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system as part of the import tax requirement.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Section 232 Tariffs on Japanese Knives

Please be advised that under U.S. Section 232 (National Security measures), Japanese-made stainless steel knives are currently subject to an additional "Steel Derivative" tariff of approximately 50%.

Our system is fully updated to handle these high-tariff regulations. You can view and pay the total amount, including these specific duties, directly in your Shopify cart. By paying upfront, you can rest assured that there will be no surprise charges or additional tax bills upon delivery. Shop with confidence knowing your total is final.

■About Japan Post International ePacket Light

Service Overview: This service supports packages weighing up to 2kg. It includes a tracking number, and the package is delivered directly to the recipient's mailbox.

Customs Duties: Please note that customs duties cannot be prepaid. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties at their local post office.Please note that Japan Post does not support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). To compensate for this, we will manually reduce your order amount to account for customs duties once the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 21 days.

■Japan Post Ocean Freight, 船便 (Funabin)

Sea Freight (approx. 1 to 3 months) Weight Limit: Up to 30kg. Please note that Japan Post Sea Freight may not be available for certain countries. We will investigate the shipping availability after your order is placed and contact you if any issues arise.

Customs Duties: Please note that customs duties cannot be prepaid. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties at their local post office.

SUSPENDING DUTY-FREE DE MINIMIS TREATMENT FOR ALL COUNTRIES, Executive Orders | July 30, 2025.

Starting October, 2025, all shipments to the United States are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, customs duties and other related fees are included in the product price. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free receiving process.

Our store can accommodate both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping methods. Please note that the total amount of customs duties and other fees is generally the same whether paid in advance or upon delivery. If you wish to prepay customs fees for shipments, if not in the United States, please contact us.

Corporate customers or those who have a DHL account number and wish to import a certain volume of goods, as well as customers who prefer FOB import arrangements through a freight forwarder, are welcome to contact us. We will be happy to provide a quotation.
