I live in the United States. For a Japan tool supplier they shipped fairly quickly. Tracking was provided which I preferred for a international order. The tool ( hikoki 36 volt gen 4 is a top quality impact. I use top of line tools I know what buying when looking for tools. It is now my favorite impact driver . It has impressive control for precise driving. I can't use the tool app so maybe hikoki will develop a English version so I can use the settings in the app. 10 out 10 for customer service and product overall. Thanks.
